Frequently Asked Questions

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. Not sure if your file is printable? Send it over and we'll check it for free before quoting.
Production typically takes 24–72 hours depending on size and complexity. UK shipping is 1–3 working days via Royal Mail or courier. International timelines vary — we'll confirm everything in your quote.
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or cancellations once production has started — this is standard for personalised goods and is covered under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

That said, we absolutely stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, broken in transit, or is clearly different from what was agreed, we'll reprint or refund in full — no argument, no hassle. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it immediately.

Our goal is for you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, talk to us first.
Ordering direct means faster communication, more flexibility on colours and sizes, and you're dealing with the maker directly — not through a marketplace. We're a small, hands-on studio and every order gets personal attention.
We only print designs you own or have the rights to use commercially. We're unable to reproduce copyrighted IP without appropriate licensing. We're happy to work on original designs inspired by themes — just ask and we'll discuss what's possible.
Yes — volume pricing applies for orders of 10 or more units of the same design. We also offer ongoing supply agreements for businesses that need regular print runs. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
